Windsor Castle in Smithfield, VA is a great place to take a break from homeschooling to just get outside and play. The trails are easy to walk and interesting wildlife can be found along your hike. I met the Wilbun girls on a sun-shiny day to capture a few “homeschool” pictures for them. Homeschooling is dear to my heart as we homeschooled our three daughters. One benefit to homeschooling is you can take the day off and go to the park and play.  It was a gorgeous day, so that’s what we did.  With sunny skies and temps in the 70s, we met up for a photo shoot at  Windsor Castle Park to capture some fun “school” pics for these cuties.

I love to walk and I love getting out in nature.   So I was happy to follow these girls wherever they wanted to go.

We left the park and went to the Smithfield Ice Cream Parlor for a treat.  By the way, their salted carmel is delicious 😉
